Thanks to all who attended the East Tennessee Design Center’s Ice Cream Social at the Carter Senior Center earlier this month. And being rewarded with Cruze Ice Cream is always a treat!
It is exciting to see everyone participating in the development of our community plan for East Knox County. This Community Plan has been a part of our Sector Plan for a number of years and we now have the funds available to implement and codify this important tool to guide our community’s look and feel for the future.
The consultants ended their weekend with a guided tour of the French Broad Corridor by community members. They will be analyzing the information provided by all of the participants and present that to the community in the months to follow.
